Rancho Santa Fe Little League – 2026 VOLUNTEER TRAINING COMPLIANCE Requirements
Rancho Santa Fe Little League (RSFLL) is an all-volunteer organization, and safety is our top priority. The following requirements must be completed before any volunteer begins practices, games, or team activities. Many of these are annual requirements and must be completed each season starting Feb 1.

1. Volunteer Application (Background Check) – Required Annually
All volunteers must submit a Volunteer Application through SportsConnect.
2. LiveScan Fingerprinting (required once, valid as long as continuous service is maintained))
LiveScan is required for:
Managers, Coaches, Team Coordinators, Umpires, and Board Members
If you previously completed LiveScan for Rancho Santa Fe Little League, you do not need to repeat it, as long as continuous service has been maintained.
Download and complete the middle section of this FORM and bring it with you to the appointment.
RSFLL covers all LiveScan costs for volunteers at Coastal Live Scan. LiveScan costs from fingerprinting done at other locations will be covered by the volunteer.

3. Sudden Cardiac Arrest (SCA) Prevention Training – Required Once per California State Law

4. SafeSport / Abuse Awareness Training – Required Annually per Little League Rules
Required for:
Managers, Coaches, Team Coordinators, Board Members, Division Commissioners

5. Concussion Protocol Training – Required Once per California State Law

Managers, Assistant Coaches

7. Compliance Tracking
All Managers, Assistant Coaches and Team Coordinators must submit their completed paperwork before starting any team practices. Forms should be uploaded to the following GOOGLE FORM - Google Form Submission
